Kek is a person who goes with anything you do. I know this because by what I have been reading if you do something he thinks is cool he will do that. For example, when David said “What the heck,” when he wanted to go somewhere
ReplyDeleteKek said “What the heck,” when Kek wanted to go somewhere. A trait for Kek is kind. I think this because Kek is nice to David and does not care if he is mean. Also, when he saw is family he said “Nice to see you” not “Where were you.” That is who I think Kek is.

DeleteKek is someone who has a hard life but never gives up and tries to look past the bad in his life. When he lost his father, he was very sad, but he tried to look past it by being in the moment and trying to focus on the good in his life. One of the things he is trying to focus on is that he is being nice to people. He is also strong. How he is strong is because he focuses on the good and not the bad. In the book Kek’s aunt says “Kek will find the sun when the sky is dark.” This shows he is strong and will persevere in every way.

DeleteKek is wondering why America have all this complicated stuff which makes him curious. Unlike when he was in Africa he doesn't has complicated stuff. Kek is a lover. He’s a lover because he felt bad for the cow on the way to his aunt’s place. Kek is peaceful. He is peaceful because when he saw the cow and yelled stop he felt regret in his heart.

I think Kek is a child with a strong heart. He loves his family, and even though he has lost many of them he still tries to see the good in the world, and be optimistic, that takes real strength. He also has a strong memory with good and bad concealed within it in it. For example, he remembers the men in the sky with guns and his father keeping him safe in his house. His father keeping him safe is a good memory, the terror they faced from the soldiers is a difficult one. I think Kek is a boy that has witnessed too much death and terror for such a young child.

DeleteHow I would describe Kek is that he has a good family and he has thing he can do but that we cannot. A thing that he can't do is kill a cow and eat its meat, because in their country they treat cow like pets. If a cow walks in their house it’s a gift from god. He doesn't like the snow/cold. Another description is that he used to live in Africa, he seems kind, and nice to other people and his family.

In the book Home of the Brave, Kek is the main character in the book.

In the book, Kek meets a cow and he is with a guy named Dave when Kek was driving to his aunt’s house on the way Kek saw a cow and made Dave pull over so he could see the cow. What I think Kek is kind and loving because he said cows are a sign of life.
